All Zoll AEDs come with a full 7 Yr. warranty. with the option of one additional year free when registered online. 

All Zoll Adult AED pads maintain a 5 Yr. shelf life. Zoll AED + pediatric pads maintain a two-year shelf life, while separate pediatric pads are not required for the AED 3. 

Replacement parts and supplies may be purchased through Brock Safety Consultants, LLC via email (see below) or by telephone at (765) 792-0365. 

The American Heart Association renews its criteria every five years, at which time our service technicians will come to your facility to upgrade your AED free of charge.  The only time a cost is incurred is when it is necessary to contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or replacement parts once the warranty has expired. 

Ninety-four percent of all victims of sudden cardiac arrest suffer from a condition known as "Ventricular Fibrillation" (V-Fib). AEDs are programmed to shock V-Fib only, so there is no risk of shocking a victim who does not require the shock.
